We wanted to provide an additional update to the system issues that began last Friday. While system performance and related services were restored last weekend, we’ve still been in the process of restoring historical data to our new hardware. We wanted to provide you with the latest update to our progress:
Data restoration is over 90% complete, and being prioritized in the order of newest to oldest.
All recent attachment data is restored and available for ongoing use.
Previously sent emails that are usually available in the Communication Log will remain unavailable until the restoration is complete.
Should you experience any issues with accessing attachments beyond what is mentioned above, please reach out to concierge and we will be happy to investigate.

Syncore system performance has been restored to its normal state. While access to TSC, Paya and attachments have been restored, access to historical email in the communication log will be delayed while file backups are restored. We anticipate this will be completed in the next few days.
We have been working hard towards full restoration, and although the system is still in a degraded state, there should now be a noticeable improvement to system performance.
In order for us to partly achieve this we have made historic email records in the Communication Log temporarily unavailable; we will restore access to this old data in the coming days.
We have identified the root cause of the issue and remediation is in progress. Please know our entire tech team is working together to resolve the current issue and restore your services as quickly as possible.
