We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
The fix is currently being deployed to @ease v2 Alpha and should be accessible by 14:20 EST
Users may encounter a minor service interruption on @ease v2 Alpha while a fix for this issue is implemented. This interruption is not expected to last more than a couple minutes.
An issue has been identified which is preventing orders created in BrightSites to be created in @ease. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.
