Proposals: Degraded Performance

We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.

We are currently experiencing an issue where some actions taken on Proposals, such as adding a new product or viewing product details, cause a delay in the action completion. Successive attempts to perform the same actions should be successful.

The Syncore operations team is currently investigating the root cause of this issue and is working diligently to resolve it.
