Avalara have reported the issue with tax calculations has been resolved, however, we will continuing to monitor the situation until we are satisfied that full performance has returned.
Avalara has identified the issue with tax calculations and working on a resolution.
In the meantime users will experience slowness while working on V1 sales orders. Users should click the SKIP button to halt the tax calculation for now. Finance users should refrain from sending out invoices until the issue has been resolved.
Avalara has reported an issue with their service. @ease users may experience issues or system slowness as a result. We will update our users if we receive more information from Avalara.
