SERVICE ADVISORY: We are experiencing degraded performance with third-party services, including our email system, due to widespread AWS/Azure service interruptions. However, the core Syncore application remains functional.

ASI has confirmed they are experiencing performance issues that are impacting their systems, which will impact Syncore search as well as retrieving images. ASI is working diligently to resolve this issue.
