We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We've released a new version of @ease which has remedied most of the performance issues. We will continue to monitor this issue over the coming days.
We're continuing to monitor this issue as we work towards permanent recovery and resolution.
We've made some infrastructure changes which has resulted in improved performance; but the root cause is not yet resolved. Please continue to bear with us as we work towards complete resolution of this issue. You may still experience some periods of sluggish responsiveness.

At this time we are experiencing degraded performance with Jobs, Quotes, and Proposals. While these areas remain functional, they may take longer to respond or action requests than expected.
